Currently, JUMMALL focuses on serving customers within Nigeria. International shipping is not yet available, but we’re working to expand our reach in the future.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the vendor. Most orders within major cities are delivered within 2–5 business days, while nationwide deliveries may take 5–7 business days. Express delivery options are faster.
We accept secure online payments via debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and popular payment gateways. For convenience, cash on delivery (COD) is also available in select locations.

Simply browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your preferred payment method, confirm your delivery details, and place your order. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email or SMS.
Orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Log into your account, go to My Orders, and select the order you wish to update. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can request a return after delivery.
You can shop as a guest, but creating a JUMMALL account gives you access to faster checkout, order tracking, saved addresses, and exclusive deals.
After placing an order, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also log into your JUMMALL account and check My Orders to see real‑time delivery updates.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Go to My Orders, select the item, and follow the return instructions. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible under our return policy. Refunds are processed once the item is verified
